HOWARD LAKE, MN – May 21, 2024 – Today, Supreme Cabinetry Brands, Inc. (“Supreme”) and MasterBrand, Inc. (“MasterBrand”) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement in which MasterBrand will acquire Supreme Cabinetry Brands, including its two iconic brands, Dura Supreme and Bertch, from GHK Capital Partners LP (“GHK”).

The combined company will represent the most diverse manufacturer of residential cabinets in North America, with an expansive range of brands that broadly targets stock, value, and premium price points, through multiple channels, in framed and frameless construction. With the addition of Dura Supreme and Bertch, MasterBrand broadens its position in the highly regarded, premium cabinetry segment, with an enhanced dealer network. Additionally, Supreme brings a strategically located facility footprint with ample capacity to support growth.

The closing of the sale is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and other regulatory approvals.
