After 46 remarkable years, we’re saying a heartfelt goodbye to one of Bertch Cabinets’ longest-tenured team members
Over the course of nearly five decades, Mark wore many hats — From Panel Saw Operator to Inventory Specialist, from Supervisor across multiple departments to Production Manager of the Custom Kitchen area, Mark brought the same steady commitment and work ethic to every role. Perhaps no accomplishment stands out more than helping to launch and grow the Hospitality Furniture line — a venture that required vision, grit, and the kind of ownership that only comes from someone who truly cares about the craft.
When asked who had the biggest influence along the way, Mark didn’t hesitate: Gary and Becky Bertch, and a father whose guiding principle was simple and timeless — do things right, or don’t do them at all. It’s a philosophy that shaped not only a long career, but a family legacy, as Mark has passed that same standard on to the next generation.
As for what’s next? Completing a well-earned honey-do list, and spending more time with grandkids and family!
