Cabinets with a Green Initiative
At Bertch, our commitment is rooted in the strong Midwestern values of hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship. We take pride in building quality cabinetry using responsibly sourced materials—because doing things the right way matters. Our manufacturing practices demonstrate a commitment not only to excellence but also to responsibility, minimizing unnecessary pollution and reducing sulfur dioxide (SO₂) emissions wherever possible.

We deliver Bertch products on company trucks, driven by company drivers. As a fully integrated manufacturer, each and every cabinet is made within our manufacturing facilities. Our limited outsourcing, combined with backhauling our own materials, reduces sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions.

We are proud to be a part of a country where many companies understand that we have a responsibility to preserve the earth’s resources. Thanks to a combination of cleaner diesel fuel, new engine technology, and the collective efforts of eco-conscious companies, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimates sulfur dioxide emissions (a contributor to acid rain) from heavy-duty trucks will decrease by more than 100,000 tons and carbon monoxide emissions will decrease more than 70,000 tons.
