SUMMARY:
Communicates with customers and records information into computer through: Talking with customers by phone or in person Researching as needed to provide answers to our dealers and reps Processing support and sample orders and assisting with quotes as needed Listening to complaints concerning product or service rendered and offering solutions to rectify problems and complaints

  • Ability to handle multiple customers at once.
  • Needs to have at least 6 months customer service experience.
  • Basic keyboard/computer skills needed.
  • Experience with 20/20 software preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure demonstrated in present or recent position.
  • Overtime flexibility

Hours:
Monday-Thursday
9 AM - 5 PM
Friday
8 AM - 4 PM
